Three reduced-rate coaching places are available as part of my One of Many Women's Coach Certification.
You might be very good at getting things done. You're capable, responsible, and used to being the person who works things out, keeps things moving, and manages whatever gets thrown at you.
But perhaps it's starting to cost too much.
You might be feeling stretched by competing demands, questioning what you want next, navigating a period of change, or simply realising that pushing harder isn't the answer anymore.
If something needs to change, but you're not quite sure how to change it, this 12-week coaching programme could give you the space and support to work it out.
We will work together through 12 individual coaching sessions, focusing on an area of your work or life where you would genuinely like to see change. That might involve:
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. Part of our first session is working that out together.
This isn't a programme where everybody receives the same exercise each week. We start by identifying what you would like to be different at the end of our 12 weeks together, and exploring what may currently be getting in the way.
From there, I tailor our work using the One of Many coaching methodology, the Women's PowerTypes framework, and other coaching approaches and tools according to what you need. Along the way, we'll explore what's working, what's not, the assumptions or patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practical changes you can experiment with between sessions. I'll also provide challenge and accountability where that's useful.
The intention isn't to give you another list of things you should be doing. It's to help you find ways of creating change that work for you.
I'm particularly interested in working with women who are used to being capable and achieving a lot, but who are questioning whether there might be a different way. My own professional background means I have a particular interest in working with women in academia, higher education and other demanding professional environments — although you don't need to work in these areas to take part.
You might also be neurodivergent, including ADHD, but you certainly don't need a diagnosis to work with me. The most important thing is that there is something in your life or work that you genuinely want to explore or change, and that you're willing to commit to the coaching process.
I'm an experienced coach and am currently completing additional certification as a Certified Women's Coach with One of Many. My coaching style is thoughtful, practical and collaborative. I won't tell you how to run your life or give you a formula to follow — my role is to help you make sense of what's happening, notice what you might not be seeing on your own, challenge you when that's useful, and help you translate insight into change.
I have particular experience working with adults with ADHD, and understand the complexity of trying to make conventional productivity, career and life advice fit brains and lives that don't always work conventionally.
More about Sarah →Paid in full, or as 3 monthly payments of £300. Three places are currently available at this rate as part of the practical component of my One of Many certification.
Although these sessions contribute towards my certification, this is a genuine professional coaching relationship, and our work will be focused entirely on what you want to achieve from the programme.
As part of the assessment process, I will need to record some coaching sessions for certification purposes. I will explain exactly what is involved before we begin, and a session will only be recorded with your explicit consent. You will also be asked to provide feedback at weeks 4, 8 and 12 as part of my certification process. At the end of the programme I may ask whether you would be willing to provide a testimonial about your experience — this is completely optional.
Send me a message and tell me a little about what's prompted you to consider coaching. We'll arrange an informal conversation to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you have, and decide together whether the programme feels like a good fit.
Some things you might want to mention: what's prompted you to consider coaching at the moment, anything in particular you'd like to be different by the end of 12 weeks (no worries if you're not sure yet), and anything else you'd like me to know.
