ADHD Coaching

Coaching for people who found out they have ADHD later in life.

I trained with Leanne Maskell of ADHD Works, and specialise in supporting professionals who were diagnosed, or self-identified with, ADHD as adults, after years of quietly compensating for a brain that was never actually the problem.

How it works

A structured six-week start, then support as you need it

We begin with a six-week programme that gives you a genuinely clearer picture of how ADHD shows up for you — what helps, what hinders, and how to build strategies that fit your brain rather than fight it. Each session comes with worksheets and frameworks, tailored as we go to your lifestyle. By the end, you'll have a toolkit you can keep using long after coaching ends.

After the six weeks, most clients move to ongoing, supportive coaching on an as-and-when basis — dipping back in for a session whenever something comes up, rather than committing to a fixed schedule.

Covers all six sessions, worksheets and frameworks. Ongoing support after the programme is arranged and priced per session — just ask when we speak.

What clients say

Every week was a moment of realisation, as issues that had been present since childhood suddenly made sense. Sarah helped me see the wood from the trees, so I could find the motivation to put one foot in front of the other and make progress with life.

TraceyManaging Director

Before ADHD coaching with Sarah, I held a lot of guilt and shame about my ADHD traits — not fitting the mould of a conventional career, and struggling to follow through on my own projects. Sarah educated me on how ADHD traits actually show up in life, and gave me practical tools to move through the world better. I learned to let go of judgements that weren't serving me and found the confidence to pursue things I'd been dreaming about for a while. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone with ADHD — even if, like me, you're not formally diagnosed.

AlexWellness sector

Sarah has provided structured, motivating coaching that has helped me understand myself better, identify ways to hack my motivation, and build healthier ways of working. As someone that tends to work in really intense bursts followed by burnout, this has been invaluable. I highly recommend Sarah's coaching.
