I'm an ADHD coach and business & career coach, and I'm currently completing additional certification as a Certified Women's Coach with One of Many — ICF-accredited coach training specifically for women.
My coaching style is thoughtful, practical and collaborative. I won't tell you how to run your life or give you a formula to follow. My role is to help you make sense of what's happening, notice what you might not be seeing on your own, challenge you when that's useful, and help you translate insight into change.
I trained as an ADHD coach with Leanne Maskell of ADHD Works, and have particular experience working with adults with ADHD — understanding the complexity of trying to make conventional productivity, career and life advice fit brains and lives that don't always work conventionally.
My own professional background also means I have a particular interest in working with women in academia, higher education and other demanding professional environments, through my (in-progress) female empowerment coaching — though you certainly don't need to work in these areas, or have an ADHD diagnosis, to work with me.
A structured six-week programme, then ongoing supportive coaching as and when needed.
